What season is better than the summer to make a party? Organize a summer party in the garden – or what would you say about the renting a special venue?

Wedding party or graduation party? Or you just have a festive mood? It is easy to organize the perfect party, all is a matter of preparation. Possibly, all you can not control is the weather – not only can it be excessively hot, but the wind or a sudden downpour can create fuss at your party and sad smiles. But, do not worry at all! You can overcome these obstacles too. Wear your sunglasses and a floral dress or flower bouquet, sit back and enjoy our tips to create an unforgettable summer event.

IDEAS AND TIPS FOR GARDENING IN THE GARDEN

The type and size of your space does not matter – what matters is the time and the effort you are willing to dedicate to prepare for the event or the gathering of friends.

1. SET THE SCENE

Choosing the right location is probably the first and most important step that will bring you closer to organizing an amazing summer party. Are you lucky enough to have your home with a garden with splendid ornamental plants and trees that can serve as a shelter for your guests? If not, check for the availability of party venues or if the roof of the apartment building is suitable for your party. In this case, take some beautiful pots and flowers to create the right atmosphere.

If you plan to party in public space, then you will need folding chairs for your guests as they are easily transported. Otherwise, use some bistro tables to put snacks and drinks, and let your guests roam around the place.

2. “EVERYWHERE” PREPARATION

Even if your party coincides with the hottest day of the year, be sure to be ready to protect your guests from any possible weather changes. Both the possibility of rain and wind can cause negative vibes in the evening. A gazebo will protect you from all three possibilities – hot sun, rain, wind. Your guests will also appreciate it if you’ve taken along a few rugs, if it is cool enough, it will be nice to light a nice, controlled fire …

3. LIGHTING IS THE SECRET OF THE PARTY

Candles are great if you want to create an intimate, cozy atmosphere. Make the party last until late in the evening with lights in garlands and lanterns under the umbrellas, or on the trees and tables.

4. MUSIC

Moving on the details, do not forget what really creates a cheerful mood: The music. In practice, you need to create a playlist for your party, depending on the impression you want to give to your guests and depending on the progress you want the party to have. Is it just a friendly gathering with quiet music, or do you want to up the beat and call your friends to dance? Do not forget to tell your neighbours that you can make some noise, and why not think about calling them too.

5. GAMES FOR PLAY IN THE GARDEN

Your guests might already know each other or possibly not but did you think it is a good opportunity to meet different groups of friends? In any case there is no better way to “break the ice” than the fun garden games. Preferably group games, with friends mixed with others.

Finally, you will need delicious snacks and refreshing drinks for your guests! Have fun!
