WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT

As a B2B Specialist, your primary objective will be to deliver exceptional service to B2B customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty while driving sales growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and updating customer information accurately.
  • Ensuring quality in the sales process and effectively promoting our products.
  • Providing impeccable customer service to B2B clients.
  • Attending to clients’ needs while scheduling regular visits and preparing proposal documents.
  • Assisting stores with B2B-related inquiries and supporting colleagues with sales and customer interactions.
  • Conducting business development to establish relationships with various B2B clients, including hotels, restaurants, offices, developers, etc.
  • Gathering market and customer information, negotiating terms of agreements, and closing sales.
  • Reporting to the Operations Manager.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales or customer service.
  • Proficiency in English for effective communication as well as in the Maltese Language.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, email applications, internet).
  • Excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to customer service.
  • Motivated and results-oriented with a passion for challenges.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively in a fun, supportive environment where knowledge sharing is encouraged.
  • A driving license category B is required.
  • Sound knowledge of the local market and tangible experience within a similar/relevant industry.
