Delivery

DELIVERY – FREE OF CHARGE WHEN ORDERS EXCEED €50

  • The deliveries department will contact you within 48 hours (Monday to Friday during office hours) to schedule the first available slot.
  • All furniture comes flat pack and requires assembly. You may request contact information for our chosen assemblers at jysk@jysk.com.mt. If products are not checked upon delivery and not assembled within a month, any damages may not qualify to be claimed.
  • Deliveries, in Malta & Gozo are free of charge if your order exceeds €50, Gozo deliveries occur once every two weeks. For any orders below €50 an additional charge of €10.
  • Deliveries are made solely to Street Level (Ground Floor), up to the main door of the building (up to 5 stairs) or to the Street Level Garage (up to 3 meters ramp). An additional cost applies for deliveries beyond the stipulated limits. A furniture lifter is required for deliveries to higher floors.
  • If the item/boxes delivered do not  correspond the quantity indicated on delivery documents, please advise the driver about the missing goods and contact the JYSK Customer Service – Any discrepancies, no matter how minor, must be reported to JYSK Customer Service immediately.
  • In case of split deliveries, delays or out-of-stock items caused by supply issues, a JYSK representative will contact you and follow up by sending an e-mail.

 

LIFTERS (At an additional cost) 

  • Should you require manual help from our drivers to take the items from the balcony to your property, please let us know in advance so our delivery department will quote This needs to be confirmed at least 2 days before the delivery happens.
  • The lifter service can be obtained through our customer service at jysk@jysk.com.mt. Permits are to be taken care by costumer.

 

ASSEMBLY SERVICE (At an additional cost)

CLICK & COLLECT – FREE OF CHARGE

Click & Collect allows you to purchase products online and pick them up from the JYSK store in Lija. When opting for Click & Collect, our team will contact you within 48 hours (Monday to Friday during office hours) with order status update.

Online Orders can be collected from our Lija store, Monday to Friday (excl. any Public Holidays) between 09.00 and 16.00, Saturday and Sunday between 09.00 and 14.00, after being contacted by our orders department and appointment set.
