OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
- The Office Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day management of office operations, ensuring the workplace runs efficiently and professionally. This office-based role includes providing financial administrative support such as processing invoices & reconciling accounts. The role also includes logistics administration, such as coordinating shipments and deliveries.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
- • Managing the day-to-day administration and smooth operation of the office.
- • Processing invoices, maintaining financial records, and supporting bookkeeping and other financial administrative tasks.
- • Coordinating logistics activities, including shipments, deliveries, supplier communication, and inventory records.
- • Maintaining accurate records, filing systems, and company documentation.
- • Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- • Assisting with the preparation of reports, and documents.
- • Liaising with customers, suppliers, and colleagues to ensure efficient communication and operations.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING
- • Previous experience in an office administration role, preferably with financial and logistics administrative responsibilities.
- • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- • Experience with financial administration, including invoice processing, record-keeping, and basic bookkeeping principles.
- • Familiarity with logistics administration, including coordinating shipments, liaising with suppliers, and maintaining inventory records.
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with accounting or ERP software is an advantage.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- • A proactive, dependable, and professional approach to work.
- • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
