FREE OF CHARGE WHEN ORDERS EXCEED €150

• Our Deliveries Department will contact you within 48 hours of your order confirmation, Monday to Friday during office hours, to arrange the first available delivery slot.

• All furniture is delivered flat-packed and requires assembly. If required, you may request the contact details of our recommended furniture assemblers by emailing jysk@jysk.com.mt
Please inspect all products upon delivery and assemble them within one month. Products that are not checked upon delivery or assembled within this period may not qualify for damage claims.

• Deliveries in Malta and Gozo are free of charge for orders of €150 or more. For orders below €150, a delivery fee of €10 applies. Deliveries to Gozo are carried out weekly.

• Standard delivery is provided to street level only, up to the main entrance of the building, with a maximum of 5 stairs, or to a street-level garage with a maximum ramp length of 3 metres.
Additional charges may apply for deliveries beyond these limits. A furniture lifter may be required for deliveries to higher floors. Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable access to the delivery location and for obtaining any necessary permits in advance.

• If the number of items or boxes delivered does not match the quantity stated on the delivery documents, please inform the driver immediately and contact JYSK Customer Service. Any discrepancies, regardless of size, should be reported as soon as possible.

• In the event of split deliveries, delays or out-of-stock items caused by supply issues, a JYSK representative will contact you and follow up by email.

• Delivery or collection must be scheduled within 8 weeks of the order confirmation date. If no delivery or collection date is arranged within this period, a storage fee of €50 + VAT per week will apply. If the order is cancelled by the customer, the deposit will be forfeited.

• Orders placed with a specific requested timeframe and classified as a special request must be delivered or collected within 2 weeks of the estimated receiving date provided when the order was confirmed.
