Delivery

DELIVERY – FREE OF CHARGE WHEN ORDERS EXCEED €50

When you shop online at JYSK, you can always choose to get your order delivered to your own home, at work or anywhere else which is convenient for you. The deliveries department will contact you within 48 hours and allocate to the 1st available slot. Deliveries, in Malta & Gozo are free of charge if your order exceeds €50 and Gozo deliveries are done every two weeks. Delivery is strictly to Street Level ground floor up to the main door of the building (up to 5 stairs or Street Level Garage up to 3 meters ramp), additional cost applies for delivery beyond the stipulated, kindly request a quote upon delivery being scheduled. Furthermore, you agree to ensure that there is suitable access to the chosen location of delivery and all the necessary permits are obtained in advance.

For orders below €50, a charge of €10 applies for Malta and for Gozo.

LIFTERS AND ASSEMBLY – FEE

A furniture lifter is required for additional floors.  JYSK also provides assemble service through 3rd party company and this will be charged depending on the item/s in the order, rates for both lifter and assembly services can be obtained from our customer service jysk@jysk.com.mt. Furthermore, you agree to ensure that there is suitable access to the chosen location of delivery and all the necessary permits are obtained in advance.

If products are not checked upon delivery and not assembled in a month, any damages can’t be claimed.

CLICK & COLLECT – FREE OF CHARGE

Click & Collect allows you to purchase products online and pick them up from the JYSK store in Lija. When opting for Click & Collect, our team will contact you within 48 hours with order status update.

Online Orders can be collected from our Lija store, Monday to Friday (excl. any Public Holidays) between 09.00 and 16.00, Saturday and Sunday between 09.00 and 14.00, after being contacted by our orders department and appointment set.
