How much does delivery cost?
• Deliveries, in Malta & Gozo are free of charge if your order exceeds €100, and Gozo deliveries are done once every two weeks. For any orders below an additional charge of €5 applies

When will my order be delivered?
 • The deliveries department will contact you within 48 hours (Monday to Friday between 8:00am till 4:00pm) to schedule the first available slot.
• All furniture is delivered flat-packed and requires assembly. We can provide the following contacts so that you can directly request the corresponding quote for the installation and assembly of your items at an additional cost. Malta Furniture Installers: 79251576 – 99577296
• Deliveries, in Malta & Gozo are free of charge if your order exceeds €100, and Gozo deliveries are done once every week For any orders below an additional charge of €5 applies.
• Delivery is to street level only. If you require manual help beyond the standard delivery (such as carrying items upstairs or additional assistance), this service is available at an extra charge. Please inform the driver on delivery day if you require manual help. The driver will contact our office to confirm availability and cost, and will inform you before proceeding.
• If the item/boxes delivered do not match the amount noted on the delivery paperwork, please advise the driver about the missing goods and contact the JYSK Customer Service – Any discrepancies, no matter how minor, must be reported to JYSK Customer Service immediately.
• In case of split deliveries, delays or out-of-stock items caused by supply issues, JYSK will inform you via e-mail.
I have received the wrong items, what do I do?
If we mistakenly send an incorrect item in relation to your order, we ask you to contact customer service by email jysk@jysk.com.mt
Can I change the delivery date?
The delivery date can only be changed if the request is made 4 working days prior to delivery.Â
